Our Network Support Services range from solving one-off problems to complex multi-layer projects.
Why do I need a Priority Support Contract?
A Priority Support Contract gets you exactly that: PRIORITY over non-contract and bulk support package customers. All our support tickets are worked on a first-come-first-serve basis except those elite few Priority Support Contract Customers. Urgent HelpDesk support tickets for Priority Support Contract Customers get bumped to the top of the list. Your support ticket gets worked before others which gives you a faster response time to emergency network issues.
In addition to getting priority status we offer you a substantial discount on our consulting and support service as well as hardware discounts. The base Priority Support Contract is calculated at 15% off of the normal hourly. The lowest package saves you 25% off the normal hourly rate.

You also have the peace of mind knowing that you will have a team of experienced Network Engineers to help overcome any issue.
What does this cover?
It covers all remote support service on any device or server. We can help you with all major brands including Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper and many other routing platforms. We offer server support for Windows, Linux, and Asterisk as well as others.

What is a Priority Support Contract (NSA or Network Services Agreement)?
A Priority Support Contract is a minimum one year agreement between you and Link Technologies, Inc. It allows you a block of hours each month to use for any remote network support consulting performed by Link Technologies, Inc. network engineers.
